What are live escape rooms?

We’ve moved from brick&mortar escape rooms – even with some innovative concepts like a game in a moving train – into live online escape rooms. 

Our games are played through interactive platforms with audio and visual features, including fun&joy. They are always live and include human touch (even if it’s on a virtual level).

What is our unique concept of live series escape rooms?

We created a unique universe – like a small Marvel or Spy Movies one – in which you interact with characters – from the head of the agency to the mission handlers (game masters), and so on.

Each mission is an integrated part of this universe, but they can be played in any order. There will be probably a “season finale” connecting findings from several missions.

Success is always being rewarded, besides the inner satisfaction. We will add new missions (plus characters, types of missions, etc) probably at least 1/month.

Do I need to be in the same room with the rest of my team to play?

No. One especially nice thing is that you don’t have to be in the same room as your teammates. Our games are still played as a team, even if you live countries apart or are socially distancing yourself from others.

We encourage you to assign some roles (per household) – like one is in charge of communication with HQ (on Messenger), one is mainly in charge of communication with the Handler on Telegram, etc. so you are playing as in a real-life escape room.

How do I play?

Use the Quests page to find the missions that interest you. Use the “Book Now!” button on that episode’s details page to book your game (up to 6 devices at once, regardless of how many players are behind each device; please contact us directly if you want more devices.)

After the payment, you get a confirmation of the date, time and a full set of clear and easy instructions for your game. Please forward this to your teammates to make sure everyone has the same link.

Once your game session starts, you will be introduced to the mission and objectives and put in contact with your mission handlers. Pen and paper could prove useful. 

Explore, discover, interact, and solve the challenges and complete your mission. 

Do I need any special equipment?

No, Just some free apps. As a tip, it would be easy if you assign some roles in your household – each one being in charge of one segment/app.

https://hangouts.google.comFor all our quests we use the following free apps (all for smartphone, PC, smartTV or directly in browser):
Messenger – used especially during the start and the end of the game to undercover contact the head of the Agency and receive your specific mission
Telegram – used mainly for gameplay and also for hints. Behind it will be Morpheus, your general handler, always willing to guide and assist you.
Zoom* (for Live Missions) or Hangouts (Google) (for Live Decoders): for various mission-relevant parameters & live interaction with our field agents  

Per household, you need one Messenger and one Zoom, and as many Telegram as you like 😉

Playing on your phone is possible. As the live missions use Zoom extensively we do recommend using a comfortable screen (like a tablet/PC etc) so you have the best experience.

Games are conducted in English. That’s not special equipment, but it’s good to know.

What if I’ve never played an escape room before?

Don’t worry. You don’t need any experience with escape rooms or special knowledge to play.

Is there an age limit on these games?

The content of our games is suitable for all ages and is great for the whole family. We suggest the groups have at least one adult if the age is between 8 – 13.

My payment method isn’t working, how can I make a reservation?

Contact us. We can arrange payment another way (Payment Link, Bank Transfer, Revolut, etc.)

I don’t see a time that works for me. Can I still play?

Yes. Contact us and we’ll fit you in.

How does it work if I want to buy a custom episode?

We love writing these episodes and we assure you a lot of work, research, sweat, and smiles goes into each. Contact us for the custom episode pricing and availability.

Why do you cap the number of devices in a game?

The number of simultaneous devices that are connected is kept to a maximum of 6 so that everyone can enjoy the experience at its fullest. You’re welcome to contact us and arrange a game for larger teams.
